THE BENEFITS OF CREATING DOG-FRIENDLY AREAS
Whether it’s a neighborhood green space, apartment complex, or a city sanctioned land tract, creating an ideal space for dogs is beneficial for their quality of life, and that of their owners. Attracting tenants to a new development becomes much easier when you add amenities like a safe, well-lit dog park on the premises.
There’s also the added value of having a space for owners to exercise their dogs without having to stray too far from their neighborhood, or be inconvenienced if living in a high rise.
KEY AMENITIES TO CONSIDER
In today’s market, there are a wealth of options that you can employ when build the perfect dog park, as long as you take into consideration the difference between what’s necessary and what’s just “nice to have”. For example, if you have limited space to work with, making sure the basics, like trash receptacles and dog waste bag dispensers are put in place.
